Who is Nikki Nicole Photography?
Nikki Nicole Photography was founded by Nikki N. Rinaldi who has a passion for capturing timeless imagery with real life moments. As the business grew Tyler Foster joined as Associate Photographer and at times is Nikki’s second photographer. Our goal is to deliver timeless classic imagery that you will cherish for a lifetime and tells your unique story!

What is your photographic style and who will photograph me?
Our photography style is classic, clean and timeless. With Nikki Nicole Photography you can decide which photographer will best capture your story. If you choose Nikki to capture your day, beautiful timeless imagery will tell your story. If you are looking for more of a candid unobtrusive style, Tyler is the perfect photographer for you. You also have the option to hire Nikki and Tyler together! With us together you will receive that classic, timeless look with an unobtrusive photojournalistic style as well. What is the booking process?
If you are ready to move forward with us email your collection choice or contact us via phone at 860-436-6937. Our booking process is online and we will send an electronic contract with the details. A signed electronic contract and 1/3 non-refundable retainer by check secures your wedding date.

What to expect before and after the wedding ?
One month before your wedding you will receive a questionnaire to help define a timeline for photography. The week of your wedding, typically Monday, we will have a planning call. Within two weeks after your wedding we typically post a sneak peek on our blog or facebook. Within 4-6 weeks after the wedding we select around 800 images and post them in an online gallery. Images are presented in a mix of color and black and white. If digital negatives are included in your collection we will have them mailed to you in accordance to your contract.

What albums do you offer and the process?
We carry the album line of Leather Craftsman, custom crafted in the U.S.A and Queensbury, which is custom crafted in New Zeland. After your wedding gallery is presented, you have four weeks to pick your album images. Four weeks after your favorite images are submitted to us, we will email you the album design to view and make any changes. We will go back and forth until the design is finalized. Typically the album process can take 4-6 months from your wedding date to receive your finished product.

What is your cancellation policy and payment options?
The retainer, which is 1/3 of your collection price is non-refundable. This guarantees that your wedding date is held exclusively for you with a signed contract. The rest of the payments are broken into two additional payments. The final balance is due one month prior to the wedding date. All retainers and payments given up to the cancellation date are non-refundable. This policy is because we hold your date exclusively for you.
